My method stems from the deep recognition that "courage" to see ourselves in a new light is possible for everyone, at any age, and in any life situation. This approach provides an effective response for individuals experiencing crises, emotional difficulties, or a lack of self-confidence.

How does it work?

Creating a Safe Space:
The foundation of successful therapy is creating a safe space where the patient feels comfortable sharing their most difficult thoughts, emotions, and experiences. In our clinic, we emphasize creating a supportive and accepting atmosphere, where children and adults know they can be themselves without fear of judgment or criticism.

Strengthening the Sense of Capability:
I believe that every individual, child or adult, possesses internal strengths and resilience. Through therapy, we work on identifying and strengthening the sense of capability based on the experiences accumulated in the clinic. These experiences pave the way for a self-empowering and fulfilling self-view. Through movement and play

In the clinic, I have worked for over 3 decades with a diverse population including children in life crises, gifted children, highly sensitive and confused adolescents, and adults who have suffered from post-traumatic stress.

This method is suitable for adults and children with high functioning who experience life transitions or crises.
